Black & Gold B.S.

On Black & Gold B.S., lifelong friends and self-professed New Orleans Saints nerds Jacob Krasnow, Sean Haspel and Allison Pratt ~tchoup~ it up, exploring the joys and sorrows that come with the fandom of their favorite football team.  This week, Sean and Jacob woke up while it was still dark outside to watch the Saints rush for an embarrassing 18 yards in a 16-10 loss to the Steelers in Paris after seeing the team galavant around France for a week.  As payback for his sins, they psychoanalyze head coach Kellen Moore to figure out why he is such a loser and a terrible mismatch for our team and our culture.

On Black & Gold B.S., lifelong friends and self-professed New Orleans Saints nerds Jacob Krasnow, Sean Haspel and Allison Pratt ~tchoup~ it up, exploring the joys and sorrows that come with the fandom of their favorite football team.  This week, the Saints somehow managed to make victory feel like defeat, nearly blowing a 24-point lead in the fourth quarter to the New York Giants and their exiled backup QB, J.J. McCarthy.  They barely won and nothing has changed, as Kellen Moore’s team still suffers from the same problems that have dogged them in every game this season – slow starts, no running game, and a flaccid effort that reflects the personality of their wet towel of a head coach.  Are we on the precipice of a major organizational shakeup?

On Black & Gold B.S., lifelong friends and self-professed New Orleans Saints nerds Jacob Krasnow, Sean Haspel and Allison Pratt ~tchoup~ it up, exploring the joys and sorrows that come with the fandom of their favorite football team.  This week, Sean and Jacob discuss the Saints lifeless 23-13 defeat at the hands of the blitz-happy Minnesota Vikings – as well as how the team should move on now that the entire world has turned on Kellen Moore amid his complete and total lack of preparation and offensive ingenuity.  The team might be wondering what their identity is, but we already know: they stink worse than a rotten Katrina fridge.
